Who this is for

Reception knows first. Reception should be able to say so.

A practitioner is away next week, the phone hours changed, a new hygienist started, the clinic is closed on the 6th. The person who knows is at the front desk, and the website is behind a login nobody at the desk is allowed to have — for good reasons.

So give the desk exactly the pages that go stale, and nothing else. Fees, treatment claims and anything a regulator would read stay with the person responsible, and a request for those arrives with the change already written.

Why this shape suits a practice

Several hands, one signature. The people at the desk keep the ordinary facts current, and everything with professional or legal weight still passes the person whose name is on the door — with a record of who changed what, which is the part an inspection cares about.

None of these quite you? The job is the same anyway.
